Nice looking, seemingly build of sturdy material, the multiple organizer pockets are well designed except for the laptop compartment a lot to be desired. Inadequate protection, lack of flexibility and ease of putting the laptop in the compartment. I got this case as a souvenir for my niece. Hope it does not scratch her brand new and sleek laptop, as reported by others. I expected more quality from Samsonite. "...Samsonite has truly secured a leadership position"; however, certainly not by this product.

It is a tad bit bulky when travelling, but it really does the job to protect. I don't have a laptop, I actually used it while travelling to protect my portable DVD player. It was big enough to hold that, a case full of DVD's, a couple paperback books, a coloring book, AND crayons. We had a 6 hour flight to Hawaii, and it was a saving grace to keep my 3 year old busy.

This is a very good notebook case - it is has a thick padding so ur notebook would be safe. The borders and corners have enhanced protection . The inner pockets are plenty and specious. and samsonite is a nice brand.
Only disadvatage is the notebook compartment. It is top loading and good only if u have a 15" slick notebook like sony or lenovo. I have a 15.4" dell and every time I have tough time putting it in the compartment - it scratched against the chain and my dell fits in very tightly.
Buy only if u get in good deal. I got mine for $25.

The bag is very nice looking, nice material, everybody loves it. Lots of compartments inside fit all accessories I need plus some documents. But the top part (the zipper) is a BIG problem, it just has to get 200% in a way, while the notebook pocket doesn't provide any flexibility. I just have to scratch my brand new notebook in and out, very frustrating. (same as another review here). My opinion, find another one, I'm gonna do it myself.
