The quality is good and it withstood some heavy use but the bag isn't as nice as I expected (definitely not nice enough for work) and it is not convenient for travel. It is deceptively wide and doesn't fit well underneath an airline seat, which makes it a pain to travel with when you have other carry-on bags. br / br /If travel isn't important to you and you don't plan on using it for work, the bag is very durable and should suit your needs.

This bag was not good for carrying a heavy load due to the straps. The padding slid to the side leaving the thin side of the strap to dig into my shoulder. I like the padding for the laptop and the compartments as well. They help me stay organized.

This laptop backpack is an excellent choice for executives who like to carry a backpack. The design is simple and the black color gives it a professional look. Does not look similar to what is shown in the pictures.. has a rigid shape because of the hard pad between the partitions. The laptop compartment is not removable as mentioned in the product specification. Wanted to get it for a slighly casual look but was not very satisfied and returned it back. samsonite should probably rename this to Samsonite "Business" Executive Backpack
