I like this product, but have had problems with this company. November 6, 2008 Rachel Romano (Torino, Italy / Dayton, Ohio USA) I bought this backpack from ebags.com (my first mistake) 2 months ago along with 3 rollaboard suitcases that match it. br / br /First, this bag is well-designed, comfortable, and not too big to be a 'personal item' on the flights that I am taking it on. It seems to be durable, but time will tell about that. br / br /The thing that was a major disappointment was that two of the three suitcases that I bought to go with this arrived damaged. One has the extending handle on the top pushed up inside the storage area and it won't come out. The other has a long black grease stain on the back of it. Ebags refuses to replace the one with the black stain and the other one I had to go through 2 long confrontational phone calls to be offered a gift certificate for returning it. br / br /Overall, these bags seem to be nice, but the company's quality control seems to be very low. I will hope that this set lasts until the airlines destroy it and then I probably will not buy from Travelpro again.
TravelPro is HORRIBLE! July 24, 2007 Stephanie Lehmann (Chicago, IL) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Whatever you do, do not buy travelpro. I purchased $800 worth of luggage and both suitcases were a disaster. The wheel was broken on one and a screw fell out. The other was a laptop bag that would not securely latch to the first bag and was stolen in an airport. Their "customer service" is a joke. They also have an unsatisfactory rating at the Florida BBB because they are such a terrible company. Save yourself the hassle - do not buy travelpro!
